24/192 USB DAC 於Win7上無法正常運作 (QUAD Link D1)
(請別建議我問QUAD及代理，他們的回覆一個是叫我問香港代理，一個回覆是他們會回廠商，所以暫時仍是無解)本人是使用PC (windows7 64bit)，所以就先行安裝cd上的driver，
之後按照指示連接並啟動DAC，
在安裝途中Windows 警告該程式並未有認證及危險，
但本人仍點擊了無視該些警告繼續安裝。
完成安裝後，DAC並未能正確運作，以下為描述：
1. DAC 本身的電源LED燈是亮著白色的，表示DAC已開啟；
2. DAC的其他LED 顯示燈全部都是不亮的；
3. PC的所有接口皆連接過(包括2.0及3.0)，在Devices 上是找到QUAD XU1的裝置，但是無法正常運作，但亦表示電腦與DAC是有連線的；
4. 該裝置的Driver是顯示IAG公司的Driver，而裝置的連接亦可顯示與哪一個USB PORT的連接；
5. 在Devices status 顯示了以下內容： Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
6. 本人已試過隨機附送的線、cheapcheap USB線以及Wireworld 的ultraviolet USB 線，都沒有分別
7. 以下是driver的描述：
Driver provider: IAG
Driver date: 02/12/2010
Driver version: 1.22.0.0
Driver signer: Not digitally signed
由於英國QUAD網站及貴公司網站皆沒有提供其他版本的Driver予本人下載，
現在非常無助...
有冇CHING曾經試過? 如果佢無話明support win7 64bit, 你無計架 Yes, make sure the driver is for 64-bit operating system first. Then make sureit supports windows 7. 缺一不可！ 份MANUAL係話WIN7 32同64都可以的.... 不過較老牌冇咩CAS設備背景既音響廠係呢一方面係咪信得過都係一個問題... 你有無32bit win7 可以試？ 如果得不如轉番用32bit la

Those who wrote the manual and thosewho wrote the web site and those who actual wrong the drivers are three group of people, the driver may be out sourced to India... The manual and web page script may be provided by quad.
Actually driver comparability issue is very common, not just because this is a hi Fi product. Even for some well know computer peripherial or motherboard brands, they will have such error occasionally. What customer care most is the speed to correct! Good luck! 回復 8# kenneth_obee
