To get Akuma:
6 unlocked characters, 5 allow continues, use only 1 of them that 'no continue'
and have at least 1 perfect from the 6 of them.
Nice!
To get Gouken:
Use Akuma, 1 Perfect, no continues, 2 or more Ultra Combo FINISHES{:6_177:}
TO get Seth:
Beat Seth with all characters 16(Original characters)+6(the first 6 unlockable)+1(Akuma)+1(Gouken)
and finally:
